How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

What essential oils can I use?

The CloudVeil Rain Diffuser is compatible with any water-soluble essential oil. We recommend starting with lavender, eucalyptus, or peppermint. Add 3-5 drops to the water tank for best results.

How do I change the LED color?

Press the light button once to turn on the LED. Press it again to cycle through the 7 color modes. Hold the button for 2 seconds to lock in your favorite color.

How long does the water last?

On the low mist setting, a full 500ml tank lasts up to 8 hours. On the high setting, expect around 4 hours. The unit automatically shuts off when the water runs out.

Is it loud?

Not at all. The CloudVeil Rain Diffuser operates at under 30 decibels — quieter than a whisper. Most customers run it all night without any issue.
